Family Safety Plan

At Okemos Music Academy our parents never have to worry about the safety of their child and always have the peace of mind that the music lesson experience is going to be very rewarding and a lot of fun!

Therefore, we have created a family safety plan. Our family safety plan includes these 6 features:

• Office Staff is present during all lessons.
• Security cameras are visible in all lesson rooms.
• A security monitor is available to lesson room observation in the waiting area.
• Large observation windows are in all lesson room doors.
• We have an open door policy welcoming parents to sit in on lessons.
• Extensive background checks are required for all teachers and staff.
